Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-driven Airport Sales Leader to manage and drive sales operations at Hyderabad Airport. The ideal candidate should have strong B2C sales experience, team management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining effective relationships with airport authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage airport sales operations to achieve business targets.

Drive B2C sales by engaging with passengers and promoting Quick Ride services.

Own sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 20 members.

Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve sales productivity.

Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with airport authorities and other stakeholders.

Plan and execute sales promotions, marketing activities, and sales events at the airport.

Track daily sales performance, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.

Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and increase revenue.





Ensure smooth coordination between the sales team and airport operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of relevant sales experience.

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong B2C sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Previous experience leading and managing a team of around 20 members.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).

Experience dealing with authorities and external stakeholders.

Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with performance-based incentives.

Ability to organize and manage sales events and promotional activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
