Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and respond to client queries professionally.
- Explain the company's services to potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with customers and maintain valuable client relationships.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain customer records and update follow-up details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer support with sales exposure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and achieve targets.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
