Job OverviewBajaj Capital is hiring motivated candidates for the position of Field / Tele Sales Executive at its Yeshwantpur branch in Bangalore. Candidates should be comfortable with both office-based telecalling and field sales activities.

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through telecalling and field visits.
- Promote financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 10th Pass and above




- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 19–35 years
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Language: Kannada is mandatory.
- Work Requirement: Must be comfortable with both office and field work.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing within a 10 km radius of the job location.
- Salary and BenefitsTake-Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- CTC: Up to ₹27,000 per month
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
