Role Summary

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing onsite IT support and assisting in the maintenance of office IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Install, configure, and troubleshoot biometric attendance and access control systems.

● Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related surveillance equipment.

● Perform structured cabling work, including LAN cable laying, termination, labelling, and testing.

● Provide remote technical support to users and coordinate issue resolution.

● Assist in new office setup, IT infrastructure deployment, and relocation activities. Required Skills

● Hands-on experience with biometric devices and CCTV systems.

● Familiarity with cable termination tools, testing tools, and network troubleshooting.

● Ability to work independently for onsite support activities. Preferred

● Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the city for onsite support activities.
