Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain property details, pricing, location, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Generate qualified leads through calls and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the CRM or Excel sheet.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
- Hindi communication skills are required; English proficiency is an advantage.
