Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented and motivated Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them throughout the personal loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads for personal loan products.

- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer eligibility and explain suitable loan products, interest rates, and terms.
- Assist customers with documentation and loan application processing.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to convert leads into successful business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection/conversion objectives as assigned.
- Maintain daily calling reports, customer records, and sales updates.
- Ensure transparent communication and compliance with company and lender policies.




- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales or a relevant lending/financial services sales role.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of personal loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
- Freshers are not preferred for this position.
