Job Description: We are looking for confident tele callers to join our Market Research team in Rajajinagar, Bangalore! If you have good communication skills and love talking to people, this is the job for you.
What you will do:
- Make outbound calls to people for market research surveys.
- Clearly explain the survey and politely convince them to participate.
- Accurately type and record their answers into the computer system.
- Meet daily calling targets.
Who can apply:
- Freshers are welcome! (Prior experience in BPO/Telecalling/Customer Service is a bonus).
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must have good listening skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls.
