Employment Type: Full time

- Conduct daily cold calls to hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through telephone calls, field visits, references, and market research.
- Schedule customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up visits.
- Develop relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, nursing staff, and hospital management.
- Identify sales opportunities, prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and support order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
- Coordinate and perform installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of medical equipment.
- Ensure equipment is installed as per manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
- Conduct product demonstrations and basic operational training for end users.




- Provide application support and operational guidance to customers.
- Assist clinical users in understanding product features, functions, and correct operating procedures.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and senior technical teams for advanced technical or application-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of daily cold calls and customer visits.
- New leads generated and qualified.
- Product demonstrations conducted.
- Customer follow-ups completed on time.
- Sales enquiries, quotations, and orders generated.
- Timely installation and application support.
