Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator (Conventional Lathe)

Location: Dasarlapally, Turkapally, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience and the practical test

Experience: 2–8 years on a conventional lathe, preferably heavy-job or engineering-workshop work

Education: ITI (Turner / Machinist) preferred. 10th pass with strong hands-on experience is also accepted.

About Us

We manufacture and recondition spare parts for stone crushers, including shafts, bushes, sleeves, pulleys and liners. The business has run for over 20+ years in Hyderabad and has steady, year-round work.

What You Will Do

- Read engineering drawings and machine parts to the required size
- Do turning, facing, boring, taper turning and threading (metric and BSW) on heavy jobs
- Machine shafts, bushes, sleeves and housings for crusher spares
- Check your own work with vernier, micrometer and bore gauge to hold tolerances
- Set up jobs,



choose the right tools, and handle tool grinding
- Keep the machine clean and oiled, and report problems on time
- Follow safety rules and shop discipline

Who Should Apply

- You have actually run a lathe yourself, not only worked as a helper
- You can read a drawing and use measuring instruments confidently
- You have worked on heavy or long jobs (shafts over 1 metre is a plus)
- You are disciplined and punctual, and you stay in the job long-term
