About the Role

We are expanding our health & wellness video podcast series at Dr. Bharti’s Holistic Wellness (Lucknow Centre)! We are seeking an articulate, confident, and professionally groomed Podcast Guest Coordinator to drive high-level guest relations, manage doctor briefings, and ensure seamless studio operations.

If you have outstanding spoken English, exceptional telephone etiquette, and a passion for building professional relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Outreach & Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with doctors, wellness specialists, and high-profile guests.
- Studio Scheduling: Coordinate guest availability, studio recording slots, and pre-interview confirmations.
- Guest Briefings: Explain podcast formats, interview structures, and studio arrangements clearly.
- Relationship Management: Maintain professional follow-ups and long-term rapport with guests post-recording.




- Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with our internal studio and production team for smooth operations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory:

Excellent spoken English (strong articulation, explicit pronunciation, and confident conversational skills).

Skills:

Outstanding telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal tact, and basic computer/scheduling proficiency.

Preferred Background:

Training or diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Front Office, or Customer Relations (Frankfinn Institute alumni preferred).

Selection Process

Spoken-English Assessment (Fluency, clarity, and articulation)

Mock Telephone Roleplay (Guest scheduling simulation)
