Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Keeper to manage daily store operations, inventory control, stock movement, and material records for our restaurant operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily stock records and inventory reports.
- Handle receiving, checking, and issuing of materials.
- Monitor food, beverage, housekeeping, and general store supplies.
- Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Follow FIFO and FEFO methods for stock management.
- Coordinate with kitchen, purchase, and operations teams.
- Verify supplier deliveries, invoices, and purchase orders.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor expiry dates, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper store cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B; store operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Solid record-keeping and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle store operations independently.
