About the Job:

We are hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to promote and sell our cloud-based Payroll & HRMS software solutions to businesses across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.

✅ Identify potential clients, including SMEs, startups, and corporate companies.

✅ Conduct client meetings and software product demonstrations.

✅ Connect with HR Managers, CFOs, Business Owners, and decision-makers.

✅ Handle lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

✅ Build relationships with CA firms and business consultants.

✅ Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

? 1–3 years of B2B Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales,



or Corporate Sales experience.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.

? Experience in Payroll, HRMS, ERP, or Accounting Software Sales preferred.

? Basic knowledge of payroll compliance, PF, ESI, and TDS is an advantage.

? Graduate with valuable Hindi and English communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

?️ Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

? Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.

? Target-driven and comfortable with field sales.

Salary & Benefits:

? Fixed Salary: ₹3–4 LPA

? Performance-Based Incentives: Indicative 10–15% commission on Annual Contract Value (ACV) of successfully closed deals, subject to company policy.
