Job Description (JD) – Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass.

- ITI in Electrical or Refrigeration is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Electrical or Refrigeration field.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fieldwork related to electrical and refrigeration equipment.

- Carry out gas charging, leakage testing, and troubleshooting.

- Have valuable knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and its working principles.

- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of refrigeration equipment.

- Identify technical issues and resolve them at customer sites.

- Handle three-phase electrical systems and related troubleshooting.

- Understand electrical wiring diagrams and electrical circuit designs.





- Follow safety procedures and maintain service quality.

Required Technical Skills

- Practical knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems.

- Hands-on experience in gas charging and leak testing.

- Good knowledge of three-phase electrical systems.

- Knowledge of electrical design, wiring diagrams, and circuit connections.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.
