Looking for a well spoken, sharp female tele-caller,
Requirements:
- Honest, trustworthy,
- Pleasant voice,
- Should be a team player with ability to self start
- Ability to handle volume of calls,
- Ability to think quickly on their feet,
- Closure rate of at least 20%, Additional incentives on crossing 25% and 30%
- Can understand and learn civil engineering topics at the base level,
- Patient listener,
- Detail-oriented,
- Ability to follow up on leads from various locations.
The calls will be for various locations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Other States (In time),
Previous experience as tele-caller for Ed-Tech Companies such as Byju's or similar is a major plus.
