- Manage and supervise TLs, ACMs, Collection Executives, and Callers.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and improve recovery performance.
- Monitor daily team productivity, field visits, and calling activities.
- Review MIS reports, collection performance, and target achievements.
- Coordinate with bank officials and senior management.
- Handle team performance, manpower planning, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking collection guidelines.
