As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating tractor sales, building strong relationships with the farming community, and establishing a robust local network within your assigned block. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting potential buyers and executing promotional activities.

Open Positions (Territory-Specific)

We are hiring Field Sales Managers to independently manage and drive sales in the following blocks:

- Nischintakoili Block
- Salepur Block
- Mahanga Block
- Kantapada Block

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Field Sales: Travel extensively across villages and local markets within the assigned block to identify prospective tractor buyers.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Conduct door-to-door visits, farmer meets, and product demonstrations to explain the benefits of Eicher Tractors.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with local farmers, community leaders, and agricultural influencers.
- Financing Assistance: Guide customers through the tractor loan process by coordinating with local banks and finance executives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends,



and market demands within your territory.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits, customer inquiries, and booking statuses, reporting directly to the Gandarpur main office.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Experience in tractors, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, or rural banking/finance is highly preferred).
- Local Knowledge: Must be a resident of or deeply familiar with the assigned block (Nischintakoili, Salepur, Mahanga, or Kantapada).
- Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills in Odia.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence for daily field travel.
- Education: Minimum Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) with a robust aptitude for sales.
