- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of gold loan products and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate leads through customer outreach and available business channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Guide customers through the gold loan application process.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support business growth through database usage and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable procedures.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th pass to any degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales; prior experience is mandatory.
- Age: 24–42 years.
- Gender: Male/Female.
