Role Overview We are looking for strong, energetic and result-oriented female candidates for the BTL – Business Development Associate role. The candidate will be responsible for field recruitment, sourcing and onboarding female service professionals (maids) for the InstaHelp category.

This is a field-intensive role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships and achieving targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field-level recruitment activities to source and onboard female service professionals.
- Identify potential candidates through residential communities, local markets, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Explain the InstaHelp category, earning opportunities, work model and benefits to prospective candidates.
- Screen candidates, assess eligibility and guide them through the registration and onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and local community stakeholders.
- Conduct BTL activities,



local campaigns and recruitment drives to generate leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates and support them through onboarding and activation.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Identify new sourcing channels and implement effective field recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment reports and onboarding updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates with solid communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travelling within assigned areas.
- Highly energetic, proactive and target-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to engage with women from diverse backgrounds and explain earning opportunities clearly.
- Good relationship-building, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic smartphone and data-management skills.
- Prior experience in field recruitment, field sales, business development, community outreach or customer acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.
