Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, promote company products and services, and support sales growth through field marketing activities and inside marketing initiatives.

1. Key Responsibilities – Field Marketing

- Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Identify new markets, customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads through customer visits, meetings, promotional activities, and networking.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and industry events.
- Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
- Prepare daily visit plans and submit field activity reports.

2. Key Responsibilities – Inside Marketing

- Generate leads through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms.




- Contact prospective customers and follow up on inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare marketing emails, promotional messages, product presentations, and campaign materials.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media promotion and online lead generation.
- Schedule customer meetings and online product demonstrations.
- Track leads, follow-ups, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, Excel, or other company databases.

3. Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with sales, customer service, and other internal departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Monitor lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads and inquiries.
