- ? Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for rice mill machinery.
- Contact potential business clients and explain product features and benefits.
- Visit clients, understand their requirements,
and recommend suitable machinery.
- Conduct client meetings and develop long-term business relationships.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate deals, and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain sales records.
- Research market trends and identify current business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate with a diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial machinery, or technical product sales is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
- ? Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
- Performance Incentive: ₹90,000+ based on performance.
