About the RoleBimla Traders is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to promote our clothing business across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. The role involves creating engaging product videos, Reels, promotional content and campaigns to increase retail footfall, wholesale enquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot product videos, clothing showcases, new arrivals, offers and behind-the-scenes content inside the shop.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, Stories and product photographs.
- Plan and publish daily social media content across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Develop content for both retail customers and wholesale buyers.
- Create promotional content for new collections, seasonal offers, festivals and bulk purchases.
- Write engaging captions, calls to action and product descriptions.
- Respond to basic comments and customer enquiries and direct potential buyers to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the shop team to identify products and offers worth promoting.
- Track views, reach, engagement, WhatsApp enquiries, wholesale leads and sales generated through campaigns.
- Test different video styles,



hooks and offers to improve content performance.

Required Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Valuable knowledge of video shooting, editing, lighting and framing.
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook trends and algorithms.
- Good communication skills and creative thinking.
- Ability to shoot content independently using a smartphone.
- Interest in clothing, fashion, retail or product marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media content creation.
- A portfolio of Reels or product videos created for a business or brand.
- Experience with local business marketing, WhatsApp promotions or Meta Ads.
- Ability to present products on camera is an advantage.
- Performance ExpectationsConsistent creation and posting of quality content.
- Improvement in reach, engagement and local audience growth.
- Generation of genuine retail enquiries and wholesale leads.
- Contribution to increased shop visits and trackable sales.
