Accounts Executive

Qualification: B Com/BBM | Salary: ₹25,000–₹60,000 per month | Location: Richmond Road, Bengaluru, near Lalbagh Main Road & Richmond Circle

Nearby Candidates Preferred | Experience: 3–12 years in Accounts | Full time, Work From Office; Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM | Practical knowledge of Tally, GST/TDS, reconciliations, receivables/payables and MIS reporting | English and Hindi required;Kannada optional.

Job Description

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.

• Prepare GST invoices and e-way bills and support timely GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance.

• Monitor customer outstanding amounts, collections, supplier payments and receivables/payables.

• Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers, verify transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Check purchase invoices, supplier bills,



credit/debit notes and supporting documents.

• Prepare regular MIS reports covering sales, purchases, cash flow and outstanding amounts.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks, auditors and consultants as required.

• Track cheque receipts, PDCs and vendor payment schedules, and support month-end closing.

About the Organization

• Established iron and steel trading business with around 30 years of operations.

• Approximately 25 employees; processes and supplies long and flat steel products.

• Bengaluru operations include a Coil Processing Center, head office and two warehouses.
