MGA Medical Global Academy provides online and offline medical courses and hospital training programs for doctors and medical professionals across India and international markets.

### Job Responsibilities

- Counsel doctors, medical professionals, and students regarding available medical courses and training programs.

- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and benefits to prospective candidates.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admission enquiries.

- Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Understand candidates' requirements and recommend suitable courses.

- Convert interested leads into successful admissions.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.

### Requirements





- **Qualification:** Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and candidate queries.

- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

- Basic computer knowledge.

### Salary & Incentives

- **Salary:** ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

- Additional performance-based incentives.

### Working Details

- **Working Days:** Monday to Saturday

- **Weekly Off:** Sunday

- **Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO)

- **Office Location:** Ghitorni, New Delhi
