Key Responsibilities

- In office Execution: Supervise day-to-day interior works including false ceilings, partitioning, flooring, panelling, tiling, carpentry, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) integration.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret, and execute working drawings, floor plans, sections, and detailed joinery layouts provided by design teams.
- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, specialized vendors (carpenters, electricians, painters), and labor teams to keep the project on track.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect materials delivered to the site and maintain strict quality standards for finishes, alignments, and structural stability.
- Measurement & Billing: Take accurate site measurements, verify contractor bills, track material consumption, and manage daily/weekly progress reports (DPR).
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the site complies with safety standards, fire codes, and building regulations.
