Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Picker & Packer staff for our readymade garments warehouse. The selected candidate will be responsible for packing goods properly, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining accuracy, speed, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Pick readymade garments according to SKU codes, sizes, colours, and quantities.
- Verify picked items to ensure the correct product, size, colour, and quantity before packing.
- Fold, tag, label, bag, box, and pack garments carefully as per company standards.
- Prepare packed orders for dispatch and place them in the designated staging area.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, shelving, stock arrangement, and basic inventory activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in picking, packing, and storage areas.
- Report damaged, missing, mismatched, or defective items to the supervisor.
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety rules, and instructions from the warehouse supervisor.
- Meet daily picking and packing targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Eligibility & Requirements:-

- Male candidates may apply for this role.
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in a garments, retail, e-commerce, or warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Ability to read basic product labels, sizes, quantities, and order details.
- Physically fit for standing, walking, sorting, and handling cartons or packages as required.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, attentive to detail, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work within deadlines.

कार्य का सारांश:-





हम अपने रेडीमेड गारमेंट्स वेयरहाउस के लिए भरोसेमंद और मेहनती पिकर एवं पैकर कर्मचारियों की तलाश कर रहे हैं। चयनित उम्मीदवार ऑर्डर के विवरण के अनुसार माल सही तरीके से पैकिंग करने और डिस्पैच के लिए ऑर्डर तैयार करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। काम में सटीकता, गति और कार्यस्थल की सुरक्षा बनाए रखना आवश्यक है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:-

- SKU कोड, साइज़, रंग और मात्रा के अनुसार रेडीमेड कपड़े चुनना।
- पैकिंग से पहले चुने गए सामान के उत्पाद, साइज़, रंग और मात्रा की सही जाँच करना।
- कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार कपड़ों को मोड़ना, टैग लगाना, लेबल करना, बैग/बॉक्स में रखना और पैक करना।
- पैक किए गए ऑर्डर डिस्पैच के लिए तैयार करना और निर्धारित स्थान पर रखना।
- ज़रूरत पड़ने पर माल प्राप्त करने, छाँटने, शेल्फ पर रखने, स्टॉक व्यवस्थित करने और बुनियादी इन्वेंटरी कार्यों में सहायता करना।
- पिकिंग, पैकिंग और स्टोरेज क्षेत्रों में साफ-सफाई तथा व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
- क्षतिग्रस्त, गायब, गलत या दोषपूर्ण सामान की सूचना सुपरवाइज़र को देना।
- वेयरहाउस की प्रक्रिया, सुरक्षा नियमों और सुपरवाइज़र के निर्देशों का पालन करना।




- गुणवत्ता और सटीकता बनाए रखते हुए प्रतिदिन के पिकिंग एवं पैकिंग लक्ष्य पूरे करना.

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:-

- इस पद के लिए पुरुष उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 8वीं / 10वीं पास को प्राथमिकता।
- फ्रेशर आवेदन कर सकते हैं; गारमेंट्स, रिटेल, ई-कॉमर्स या वेयरहाउस में पिछला अनुभव लाभदायक होगा।
- उत्पाद के लेबल, साइज़, मात्रा और ऑर्डर का बुनियादी विवरण पढ़ने की क्षमता।
- लंबे समय तक खड़े रहने, चलने, सामान छाँटने और आवश्यकता के अनुसार कार्टन या पैकेज संभालने में सक्षम होना।
- समय का पाबंद, अनुशासित, बारीकियों पर ध्यान देने वाला और टीम के साथ काम करने के लिए तैयार होना।
- निर्देशों का पालन करना और तय समय-सीमा में काम पूरा करना।

आवश्यक कौशल:-

- पिकिंग और पैकिंग में सटीकता।
- गिनती करने और सामान की जाँच करने का बुनियादी कौशल।
- समय प्रबंधन और टीमवर्क।
- कपड़ों तथा पैकिंग सामग्री को सावधानी से संभालना।
- काम के प्रति अच्छी लगन और सीखने की इच्छा।
