- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to vehicle owners to explain cab attachment opportunities
- Educate vehicle owners about earnings, payment cycles, and working terms
- Convince and onboard vehicle owners for corporate and MNC cab services
- Collect and verify vehicle and driver details and required documents
- Follow up with interested vehicle owners until onboarding is completed
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,
and onboarded vehicles
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth vehicle attachment
- Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets
- Qualifications and SkillsExperience in telecalling, sales, or onboarding preferred
- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills (local language preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Polite, confident, and professional phone manner
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Experience in cab services, logistics, or driver onboarding is an advantage
