The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable professional certification courses.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Counsel working professionals about certification courses.
Explain course details, benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain lead records and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements
Prior experience in education sales, telecalling, counselling, or course enrollment is mandatory.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection.
Ability to work independently from home.
