Job Description: Telesales Executive cum Admission Counsellor

Location: Pune — Sinhgad rd, Near Nanded city

We are looking for a persuasive, organised and target-oriented professional to handle enquiries, counsel parents and students, and convert interested leads into admissions.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and handle incoming enquiries.
- Understand each student’s class, board, subjects, learning needs and preferred mode of learning.
- Explain relevant courses, teaching methods, academic support, fees and admission procedures accurately.
- Schedule centre visits, counselling sessions and demo classes; send reminders and track attendance.
- Follow up consistently with interested parents through calls and approved WhatsApp communication.
- Address concerns about fees, timing and course suitability; refer academic queries to the appropriate team.
- Guide parents through registration, documentation and payment coordination.
- Maintain updated lead records, conversation notes, follow-up dates and admission status in the CRM or tracking sheet.




- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission handover.
- Work towards assigned calling, visit and admission targets.

Daily work expectations

Start the day by reviewing pending follow-ups and scheduled visits. Contact new leads, prioritise interested enquiries, conduct counselling and update records after each interaction.

Submit an end-of-day report covering calls attempted, connected calls, meaningful conversations, visits booked and completed, admissions confirmed, pending payments and the next day’s priorities.

Preferred skills and qualifications

- Transparent spoken communication in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Good listening, counselling, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Consistent follow-up habits and accurate record keeping.
- Experience in telesales, education counselling, admissions or customer service preferred.

Performance measures: Lead response time, follow-up completion, counselling quality, completed visits, admission conversions and record accuracy.
