Responsibilities :

- Perform exact manual wire cutting, stripping, and crimping using handheld tools.
- Do high quality manual soldering (Through-Hole and SMT) to connect wires securely to PCBs and connector pins.
- Assemble multi wire cables and build custom wiring harnesses for automotive components and diagnostic tools.
- Follow simple wiring diagrams or templates to ensure correct wire color and pin connections.
- Run quick quality checks and continuity testing using basic tools to ensure finished cables work properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle production tools safely.

Specific Requirements :

- Education: Must be a 12th Pass candidate or hold an ITI / Diploma certification
- Technical Skills: Basic hands on familiarity with a soldering iron, wire cutters, and crimping tools.
- Physical & Mental Traits: Good hand eye coordination, strong attention to detail and steady hands for precision assembly work.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 45 years old.
