Job Description: Cloud & Server Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Make outbound calls and generate sales opportunities.

Promote Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, and hosting services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and close deals.

Handle customer support calls and coordinate technical issues with the support team.

Maintain lead records and follow up on quotations.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills and valuable English proficiency.

Strong telecalling, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Basic knowledge of cloud hosting and server infrastructure is preferred.
