Site Execution & Supervision: Complete supervision of civil works including marking, shuttering, concreting, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.Quality Control: Ensure work is as per drawings, specifications, and IS standards. Check materials quality.Drawing & Estimation: Read and understand Architectural & Structural drawings. Prepare bar bending schedule, quantity estimation.Contractor Management: Manage labours, masons, and sub-contractors. Assign daily work and ensure productivity.Project Planning: Prepare daily, weekly work schedules and maintain site progress reports.Safety & Compliance: Ensure site safety protocols are followed at all times.Coordination: Coordinate with client, architect, structural consultant and office team.Billing: Prepare measurements, check contractor bills, and maintain material reconciliation.
