Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle GST and TDS compliance, and assist with monthly financial reporting.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Handle GST calculations, GST returns, TDS deductions, and related documentation.
- Maintain bank reconciliation statements and perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage employee salary records, advances, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, expenses, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors,



auditors, and tax consultants.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audits.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical knowledge of GST returns, TDS, and day-to-day accounting.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
