Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential interiors and renovation projects.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise daily execution of residential interior and renovation works.

● Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, tile layers and other contractors.

● Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.

● Plan daily activities and monitor project schedules.

● Take site measurements and verify quantities of completed work.

● Coordinate material requirements, deliveries and stock at site.

● Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance and site expense records.





● Identify site issues and coordinate with the project manager for timely solutions.

● Ensure proper finishing, quality checks and timely handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

● Minimum 1 year of site experience in interiors or residential renovation.

● Basic understanding of interior works, civil modifications, plumbing, electrical and finishing works.

● Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.

● Valuable communication and labour management skills.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site measurements.

● Willingness to travel between project sites in Bengaluru.

● Two-wheeler preferred.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised, responsible and willing to learn, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
