Job Summary

Luxus is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order Tracking Executive to monitor customer orders from processing to final delivery. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, courier partners, and transporters to ensure timely shipments, accurate order updates, and smooth delivery operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Track customer orders from order confirmation to final delivery.

- Monitor shipment status and update customers and internal teams on delivery progress.

- Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch on time.

- Arrange shipments and coordinate with courier services, transporters, and delivery partners.

- Follow up on delayed, pending, or undelivered orders and take appropriate action.

- Verify order details, product codes, descriptions, and quantities before shipment.

- Update order tracking details, dispatch records, and delivery statuses in the ERP system or MS Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.

- Identify and report missing items, damaged products, incorrect shipments,



and delivery discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate order tracking records and prepare daily status reports.

- Ensure timely communication and follow-up until orders are successfully delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to track multiple orders and follow up on pending deliveries.

- Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and delivery processes.

- Knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

- Undergraduate candidates and degree holders are eligible to apply.

- Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Experience

- Experience in order tracking, logistics, shipping, or customer coordination is preferred.
