Candidates with Mechanical qualifications may be considered in limited numbers based on operational requirements. Priority will be given to ITI/Diploma candidates with an Electrical background.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in the operation and routine monitoring of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Support electrical equipment maintenance, inspection and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Identify and report equipment-related issues to the technical supervisors.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
- Support production teams in achieving operational requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines and quality requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, workplace discipline and proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Record operational observations and report abnormalities to the concerned team.
- Participate in on-the-job training and technical skill development.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring,



circuits and industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, measuring instruments and safety practices.
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline.
- Willingness to relocate to Sanand, Gujarat.

Candidate Eligibility

- Fresh ITI / Diploma candidates from Electrical disciplines are strongly preferred.
- Mechanical candidates may be considered only to a limited extent.
- Candidates must have valid ID proof and educational qualification certificates.
- Candidates must be available for interviews and committed to joining upon selection.
