Student Coordinator – Role Overview.

The Student Coordinator plays a key role in guiding and supporting students throughout their study abroad journey, from application processing to visa approval. The role involves managing students’ study abroad requirements, coordinating with students and their parents, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, seamless experience at every stage.

The ideal candidate should be well-organised, have strong communication and coordination skills, and show a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic goals and pursue educational opportunities abroad.

1. SOP Management: Regularly review, update, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current operational practices, organisational policies, and compliance standards.

2. CV Preparation: Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting CVs for internal and external use, ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency,



and professionalism.

3. Mock Interviews: Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for real-world interview scenarios by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and recommendations for improvement.

4. Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the office email inbox, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed promptly.

5. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, effective team coordination, and efficient workflow management.

6. Telephonic and Email Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally, ensuring transparent communication, timely responses, effective follow-ups, and prompt resolution of queries.
