- Business Development & Sourcing: Drive monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), builders, connectors, and direct open-market sourcing. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise branch sales executives, officers, or assistant branch managers to maximize team productivity. [1, 2]
- P&L; & Portfolio Ownership: Own the branch’s volume, yield, conversion rates, and portfolio health while controlling delinquency and Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). [1, 2]
