Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; making change for cash customers.

Handle cash, credit transactions with customers. Ensure ticketing is correct.

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.

Keep reports of transactions. Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers.

Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements Work experience as a retail/ restaurant cashier or in a similar role in cash billing.
