About GOYAM CHEMTEX LLPGOYAM CHEMTEX LLP is an emerging company engaged in the sourcing, supply, import, export and distribution of Solvents, Basic Chemicals and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).

We are looking for a motivated, responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. As a startup, the selected candidate will have the prospect to work across multiple business functions, including Sales, Billing, Order Processing and Logistics Coordination.

Job Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

- Introduce company products and develop new customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers for enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Maintain customer databases and regularly update sales follow-up records.

2. Billing & Order Processing

- Prepare sales quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
- Maintain sales records, customer details and order status.
- Assist in preparing e-way bills, delivery challans and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and outstanding balances.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of TALLY PRIME, MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
- Knowledge of GST billing and e-way bill generation will be an advantage.
- Good organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to learn about chemicals, solvents and pharmaceutical raw materials.
