## Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and responsible Store Supervisors to manage daily dark store operations, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and team performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or quick commerce.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day dark store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and stock movement.

- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimise expiry, damages, and stock wastage.

- Monitor inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, pilferage, and stock adjustments.

- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

- Handle team allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline.

- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with delivery, inventory, and operations teams to resolve daily issues.





- Maintain operational reports using Excel and update stock records accurately.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action to improve performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

## Eligibility Criteria

- **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

- **Preferred Industries:** Dark Store, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order fulfilment.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills; knowledge of VLOOKUP is an advantage.

- Valuable communication, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Stock availability and inventory accuracy.

- Order fulfilment and dispatch TAT.

- Team productivity and attendance.

- Shrinkage, damages, and expiry control.

- Picking and packing accuracy.

- Operational efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
