We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and D2C platforms. You will be responsible for product listing, inventory synchronization, order management, and portal coordination to ensure smooth daily dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cataloging & Listing: Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, image uploads, search keywords) across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify.
- Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels, update SKU availability, and prevent stock-outs across all sales channels.
- Order Processing: Handle daily order dispatches, generate shipping labels/manifests, track returns, and maintain dispatch accuracy.
- Account Health & Portal Maintenance:



Monitor seller account metrics, resolve buyer queries, manage claim files (SPF/Secure-T), and maintain account health standards.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales, return, and inventory tracking reports in MS EXCEL.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify panels.
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Basic understanding of inventory mapping, SKU codes, and marketplace policies.
- Strong organization skills and ability to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
