Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Work
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and power supply systems.
- Ensure safe electrical connections for CCTV and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults impacting CCTV performance.
- CCTV Installation & Servicing
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related accessories.
- Replace faulty cameras, power supplies, and cabling.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Programming & Configuration
- Configure DVR/NVR systems, IP settings, and remote access.
- Integrate CCTV systems with existing electrical and network infrastructure.
- Customer Support
- Attend service calls promptly and provide in office technical assistance.
- Train clients on basic operation and troubleshooting.
