About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative / Pharma Sales Executive to promote and grow our PCD pharmaceutical product range. The candidate will be responsible for visiting chemists, doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce our products, develop new customers, generate sales orders, and build strong business relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit chemists, retail pharmacies, doctors, clinics, and hospitals regularly to promote our pharmaceutical products.
- Introduce our brand, product range, product benefits, and commercial offerings to potential customers.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the company's market presence.




- Take orders from chemists and pharmacies and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat orders and improve product availability.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer feedback to management.
- Required Skills and QualificationsGood communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Confidence in meeting doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and the medical sales industry.
- Ability to generate leads, negotiate professionally, and close sales.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
