Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
2. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, internet, and system-related issues.
3. Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
4. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
5. Install, update, and maintain operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
6. Ensure regular data backups and maintain data security.
7. Monitor IT assets and maintain records of hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
8. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
9. Support CCTV systems, biometric attendance machines, and other office IT equipment, wherever applicable.
10. Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting records,



and asset registers.
11. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize system downtime.
12. Follow company IT policies and maintain the confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, printers, and networking.
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical issues and provide timely support.
