Job Summary: Technician will be responsible for assembly, wiring, fitting, and testing of industrial cooling systems. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a robust commitment to maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Education - ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Welder Fitter, Mechanical, or related technical

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and fit mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components as per design drawings.
- Perform wiring, brazing, and panel connections under the guidance of the production engineer.
- Conduct leak testing, vacuuming, and charging of refrigerants in chillers and AC units.
- Operate production tools, machines, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure quality checks at every stage of production as per company standards.
- Report any faults, deviations, or material shortages to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
- Assist in product trials, prototype builds, and continuous improvement initiatives.
