About the OrganizationAgroTech Bharat Digital Institute (ABDI) works in agriculture awareness, farmer skill development, rural development, digital kiosk initiatives, community mobilization, and sustainable farming programs.

We are looking for motivated and experienced candidates to join our field team in Gujarat. Selected candidates will work on team development, field operations, digital kiosk appointments, community outreach, and program implementation.

Positions Available1. State Coordinator – GujaratSalary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the overall field operations across Gujarat.
- Lead and coordinate Regional Coordinators and Field Coordinators.
- Develop district-wise and regional implementation plans.
- Monitor digital kiosk appointments and field team performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and field visits.
- Build relationships with NGOs, trusts, FPOs, training institutes, and local organizations.
- Track recruitment targets, progress reports, and program implementation.
- Submit monthly performance reports to management.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in team management, rural development, business development, NGO operations, or field sales.

2. Regional CoordinatorSalary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage and guide a team of Field Coordinators in the assigned region.
- Coordinate district-level field activities and digital kiosk appointments.
- Conduct field visits with team members.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
- Develop local networks with NGOs, community organizations, and rural institutions.
- Review daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure timely implementation of assigned programs.
- Report regional performance to the State Coordinator.

Preferred Experience: 3+ years in field operations, team handling, sales, NGO projects, or rural development.

3. Field CoordinatorSalary: ₹17,000–₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Work in assigned districts, talukas, and cluster areas.
- Identify, contact, and appoint suitable Digital Kiosk partners.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective partners.
- Explain ABDI programs and the digital kiosk initiative to interested candidates.
- Coordinate with NGOs, trusts, FPOs, farmers' groups, and local institutions.
- Maintain records of appointments, field visits, and daily progress.
- Achieve assigned field targets and submit regular reports.
- Coordinate with the Regional Coordinator for smooth implementation.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, direct sales, microfinance, insurance, banking, NGO projects, rural marketing,



or community mobilization.
