We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.

• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, order status, and payments.

• Maintain customer databases, sales records, enquiry trackers, and MIS reports.

• Coordinate with engineering, service, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Track order status, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.

• Handle customer calls, emails, and sales-related correspondence.

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and techno-commercial offers.

• Support exhibition coordination, lead management,



and post-exhibition follow-ups.

• Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and pending enquiries.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Good documentation and data management skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and a skilled approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in sales coordination within the packaging machinery, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial equipment industry will be preferred.
