We are looking for a confident, result-oriented sales skilled who can convert prospective customers into property buyers.

The company will provide contact numbers. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, building customer relationships, and driving conversions.

Our management team will handle property visits and final negotiations. Your primary responsibility is to generate genuine buyer interest and move prospects towards booking.

This is a sales and conversion role, not a routine telecalling job.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers using company-provided numbers.
- Identify buyers interested in residential plots, flats, and villas.
- Understand customer budgets, location preferences, and purchase timelines.
- Explain property features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Generate qualified leads through effective conversations and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle initial objections and identify serious purchase prospects.




- Coordinate property visits with the management team.
- Follow up with customers after visits and support the booking process.
- Maintain lead records and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
- Work towards monthly deal closure targets.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or inside sales preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to qualify leads and convert prospects into genuine buyers.
- Persistent follow-up habits and a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp Business knowledge.
- Must be willing to work from our Meerut office.
- Performance ExpectationsMinimum target: 1 successful deal closure per month.
- Target performance: 3 successful deal closures per month.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Take ownership of follow-ups and conversion activities.
