### Eligibility Criteria

- **Gender:** Male Candidates Only

- **Age:** 20–30 Years

- **Education:** Graduate or Above

- **Experience:** Minimum 1–3 Years in Field Sales

- **Vehicle:** Own Bike and Valid Driving Licence (DL) Mandatory

### Salary & Benefits

? **₹17,000 – ₹22,000 NTH**

### Job Responsibilities

- Work on online leads generated for Airtel Wi-Fi, Postpaid SIM and DTH services.

- Call customers to explain Airtel products and services and schedule customer visits.

- Visit customers personally and explain suitable plans, offers and advantages.

- Convert leads into sales and punch leads in the system.

- Drive upselling by suggesting additional services and suitable upgrades.

- Follow up with customers to achieve sales targets.
