Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecaller and Collection Executive profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates for joining and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring records.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and meet targets.
